Wyandotte Co-op has vacancies on their studio units! Call 1-800-593-3052 to apply.
Wyandotte Co-op Apartments was CSI Support & Development's first building, and it has a unique environment that is unlike any other senior building. Wyandotte Co-op offers a family-like atmosphere where residents have the opportunity to develop friendships through activities and events. Wyandotte also allows each member to have a voice in the management of the building.
At Wyandotte Co-op, you will not only enjoy new friendships inside the building, but you will also enjoy a tranquil setting outside. The building is located in a historical downriver suburb right on the Detroit River with a beautiful park next door. The location is perfect for enjoying city festivals and it provides a breathtaking view for summer fireworks displays.
The building was recently remodeled. All units have new kitchen cabinets, new carpet and new stoves. Most of our studio apartments have been converted into spacious one-bedroom units.
*Applicants aged 55 years or older who are verified physically disabled (mobility impaired) individuals are eligible for residency and may request reasonable modifications to make their unit more accessible. All applicants who are aged 55-61 must submit a complete Verification of Disability Status-Mobility Impairment for Buildings Built Prior to 1977 form to certify their eligibility.
So come and see for yourself. We offer daily tours and are here to answer any questions!
