No more than two pets per apartment are allowed. Pets require an additional deposit of $500 per pet as well as additional fees (pet rent= $20 - $35, where applicable). No weight limit. Having a pet that attacks a person or another animal is grounds for removal of the pet and/or termination of the tenancy.
