Meet and greet required with my doggie before move in to make sure everyone gets along. Tenant is fully responsible for care, supervision, behavior of their furbaby at all times. HOA requires all pet waste to be picked up immediately after eack use. Quiet hours after 11:00pm to maintain a respectful living environment. Please note, this is a lived-in home, and normal household sounds such as TV use may be heard at times. Shared cleaning responsibilities in common areas. Occasional guests allowed with notice, no overnight guests without prior approval yet not guaranteed.
