Why people won't accept section 8?

The program can drop a client, then, if they can't afford the rent, it can take months for the landlord to have them removed from the property. The courts favor tenants in most cases, and, understandably, wish to afford them enough time to find alternate living arrangements. Unfortunately, many landlords cannot afford to be without this income during that time. Just imagine if you had to take a pay cut for 3 to 6 months!
