Nice sized UPSTAIRS room is fully furnished with BRAND NEW FURNITURE, features a 32" TV, queen bed and bed frame, bookshelf, desk with chair, nightstand, lamps, and nice rug. Features a small but functional closet. Excellent light in the room during daytime, and nice light in the house with a southern exposure. This house has one bath that we share well together, it has a full sized washer and dryer in it too. Strong water pressure and good, hot water. If you take hour long showers or blow out your hair this might not work ;) Our big kitchen is fully equipped and even has two new refrigerators, so no fighting for space! We are respectful roommates and looking for someone that enjoys other people. We often cook together, go out together for activities, like the range, or go to eat or just hang out.
