The inside of the guesthouses are surprisingly quiet, but you may notice a subtle "white noise" sound from the traffic. - This is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. Guests of all races, faiths, genders and sexual orientations are welcome. - Bi-weekly cleanings and linen service are the base price. - Up to two well-behaved human and animal-friendly animals are allowed per reservation. There is a pet fee of $150 per animal per month, which will be included after the reservation is confirmed. - There is no fenced in yard. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outside. Dogs are welcome to enjoy the forest trails with their human companions. Please make sure to pick up poo while enjoying the outdoor space. - Guests will access their units from an unpaved service road, which cuts through the property and private forest. Please drive slow! - These guesthouses are on a private nature reserve. There are deer, foxes, turtles, snakes, groundhogs, hawks, and other wild creatures who frequently visit. We even caughthh a coyote on a trail cam once. In addition, our gardens attract an abundant amount of pollinators (bees, butterflies, etc.) in the spring and summer. The animals keep their distance and we ask that you do too. Please do not feed the animals.
