FULLY FURNISHED 1BR with ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED apartment in Old Bisbee for a 1-6 month stay..or longer depending on the tenant... its an Airbnb but for longer term stays and w/o extra fees. (Longer terms get lower rent $1150/month). This little gem is at the very top of the longest stairway in Old Bisbee (13 steps down from our street and 170 steps up from Tombstone Canyon), the green house on Castle Rock. We typically do not give tours for short term rentals! There is parking up there but only for the brave, Maxwell Dr. is the last street in Bisbee with its original bricks and it's a narrow squeeze to get up in a truck. We have a Ford F150 that barely makes it, I hold my breath every time. Smaller cars are fine. It's a shotgun apartment: enter through the bedroom, then bathroom and closet, then living room, then kitchen and utility room with W/D, then back deck. The house is solid concrete and built into the side of the mountain so its quite the fortress. We have a great tenant who lives in the flat above this one, so there is someone living above you. All appliances are new including a minisplit for heating and cooling, refrigerator, electric range, and W/D. There's a clawfoot tub, a water filtration system, a Nespresso machine and nice tea kettle and toaster. There's a Smart TV and high speed internet. All linens, dishes, etc. (think Airbnb stuff) are included. Neighbors are all great, really peaceful and quiet neighborhood with great views of the Mule Mountains and the valley looking both south and north. Private back deck and very public front patio with garden... people love climbing those stairs! Everything you need is walkable- the Americano at Kafka will pleasantly ruin other Americanos forever, Thuy's makes the best Vietnamese food this side of the San Pedro, there's a well-appointed vegan market and a non-vegan market, a new and delicious taqueria, Roka!, Jacquie's Patisserie (better than the French bakeries in Paris according to our research) and just a ton of stuff. Magic Kenny's Seance Room is a must. Trails abound and are a short walk away, really you can just plunk down and not have to drive for the duration of your stay.
