Absolutely dreadful manager and a poorly maintained building Large parties at the pool all summer long. Lots of people who don’t live here attend these parties. Signs in common bathrooms reminding people to flush. Because of the parties? Drug use so bad, email sent informing residents units would possibly be searched at random. Exit doors propped open with beer cans Homeless sleeping in and around building. Pool is always a mess on the weekends Pool not kept clean which is pathetic since it’s not heated so they only need to clean in the summer. Pool was so dirty the city shut it down. Pool dirty for so long looked like it had large bacteria colonies growing Handicap bathroom had toilet seat ripped off and left on floor for weeks. Common bathrooms frequently out of TP 1825 Neglected to inform residents that the pool was shutdown because of a health code violation. Only stated issues with phone lines. Several nearby units had flooding when we lived there. Trash not emptied regularly. Not abnormal for the trash chutes and nearby hallways to stink Trash frequently piled up in loading dock Trash cans removed from parking garage. Residents started littering garage. Pet urine in and around elevators. Hallways stink and carpet is stained Baseboards stained Dog park typically full of dog feces and not safe for humans or pets. Dog wash not usable in the winter because hot water takes forever. Fire alarms activated frequently Plywood affixed in freight elevator. Just ghetto and look like it could fall on you at any time. Elevators frequently went out Elevator buttons broken. Signs vandalized. Shutdown Massage room. Weight room smells at times and people don’t re-rack weights. Resident and “Guest Only” parking not regularly enforced. Predatory policy. Charged $150 for painting though we lived in the unit two years. Also tried to charge us for water damage after we submitted maintenance requests. Cable management system for EV charger broken,, Number ours flood lights on outside of building broken. Racist staff. Seen them be rude to black people Homophobic staff. Told gay friends their guest should not be affectionate as it made other residents uncomfortable. Though they have no issues with people in G-strings shaking their junk for instagram posts. Unsafe area, lots of shootings. Do not walk south past Papas BBQ at night. Lots of shootings and homeless. Complimentary coffee typically out.
