Located in central Alaska near Fairbanks, Eielson is the Home of the 354th Fighter Wing. Eielson AFB is widely known for their Red Flag exercises where aviators from around the world gather to train. On-base living at Eielson Air Force Base offers you a sense of community, convenience and many amenities commonly found in upscale residential neighborhoods. In addition, on-base living saves you money and allows you to access the North Star Borough National Blue Ribbon Schools. Homes are available to Active Duty Military with no application fee and all Air National Guard, Retired Military, DOD and DOD Contractors are welcome to apply.
