Feb 17, 2020Very nice property. Would have liked tennis court but one about 6-7 mi away. One of the deal killers was too many add-ons that other very nice places like Ranch Lake Apts (the one I selected among 7-places) do not have. An $85 application fee (regular) but ANOTHER $260 ADMIN (??) fee PLUS another $50 admin fee so you can use sewer & water. I visited 7-places and NONE other charged as much; and the sewer admin? fee to "set up" sewer & water... NO ONE did that... not a good sign. (in addition to monthly use charge normal). Person who toured me was very professional and knowledgeable.
