We are located between two wonderful parks - Broadway and Cornwall Park. The home is an older established neighborhood, safe, and surrounded mostly by single family homes. The cottage is both energy efficient, cozy and beautiful in design. Heat provided by HeatingGreen radiant panels. Full kitchen equipped with newer appliances and custom Maple Cabinets. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower with beautiful custom tile work. White Oak floors throughout and a gorgeous handmade ships ladder made from reclaimed barn wood (that access the 2nd story) add to warmth factor of the living space. Cottage has a small front porch and also a sitting area with mature landscaping that provides for privacy. Cottage does not have washer/dryer but we are two blocks from a quality laundromat. Cottage gets excellent sun light via large windows and a skylight. High ceilings create feeling of open space. Cottage has its own separate entrance, hang out zone, and address. Yard is landscaped and fenced. We are a family of five - 2 adults, 2 school-aged children and an energetic 6yo Australian Shepherd. We live in the main residence on same property and maintain a peaceful and loving home environment.
