The inside of the off grid cottage has huge windows (with great views of the green green forest!), and all modern conveniences. On 1 private acre, and close to the state forest. Located 3 miles from 7 Cedars casino, an easy drive to Highway 101. 1 bedroom, 1 bath home (shower only) with a toilet. Outside bathtub too! So great to drink coffee outside first thing in the morning when the birds are singing! Washer hook up. Generator, inverter, and batteries allow us to spend about $45 a month for energy (propane heat). Internet also allows one of us to work from home seamlessly and easily ($30 a month from T-Mobile). Several above ground wood planters, some with vegetables and numerous flowers. The bedroom and kitchen have flower boxes outside their windows. The home is rural, quaint, and beautiful. Wood stove.
