This cabin is located in Hidden Acres Estates on the Kissimmee River. The community is located under a beautiful hammock of live oak trees which provides plenty of shade for easy walks through the neighborhood and down to the waterfront. There are boat docks, boat slips, and a boat ramp available for all residents to use. In this community, you own your home and become a part of the corporation with shares to your property. Once you buy your home, you are free to rent it to others or live in it full time or part-time. It is not a 55-plus community and there are a couple of residents with school-age children. It is dog and cat-friendly. You pay a very low maintenance fee, currently at $132/month. This fee covers the maintenance of the community pool, boat docks, boat slip, water, sewer, laundry, clubhouses, etc. There are many boat slips available for a very low monthly fee. We paid $20/month for our pontoon slip. There are community activities if you wish to join in. This includes bingo, cards, dominoes, picnics, dances, and potluck dinners. This house is a very easy walk to the docks and the seawall for fishing or boating. The boat ramp is also very close for launching your boat. Such a friendly neighborhood!
