We are looking for a new roommate for a beautiful, modern, 3 bdrm home in Northern Liberties.
It has a walk-in closet, hardwood floors, 2 windows, hookup for cable, its own heating unit you can adjust for your own comfort.
The house has a large living/dining area, kitchen and back patio on the 1st floor, unfinished basement for storage and laundry, the second floor has two bdrms, the master (Carly's room), and the available bedroom, as well as the shared bathroom (there is a second bathroom in the master bedroom). The third floor is a "Greg Brady" loft style room (Kate's room)
A little about us: Kate is 35 and an independent contractor, she acts, hosts, works events, etc. The other roommate is Carly, she is a 26 year old product manager.
I have been in the neighborhood for 7 years. NoLibs has lots of delicious restaurants, coffee houses and bars (Bardot is practically next door). Also, the house is a quick walk from Liberty Lands park and the Piazza. It's a great neighborhood for young professionals and it's a quick bike or subway ride to center city.
We are looking for roommates in their late twenties to early thirties (or close to it) who are fun-loving, easy-going, and friendly. Girls preferred, but boys considered. Bonus points if you like cooking, board games, protein shakes, coffee house dates, marathons of friends, working out, a good glass of wine or a nice cocktail, OR are the kind of roommate who is simply never home, lol. We are also clean, and responsible, and pay our rent on time, looking for roommates who will do the same. No smoking, no drugs, no pets.
