You will have designated off-street parking for 2 cars. Modern/updated rentals are rarely available in this neighborhood, most are older homes. This part of Queen Anne is great because it's safe and convenient with easy access to the main roads, Hwy 99, minutes to Ballard & Fremont, 10-15 minutes to Amazon, Google, Expedia, downtown, easy uber around Seattle, and walkable to bus stops and more.
