Just bring your clothing etc. to save time and money by renting a little further out and without the hassle of moving! We can also accommodate those who prefer to furnish the space themselves. Less than .5 miles from the Max blue line, a block away from #20 bus line and a block from designated bike routes. Home is a 10 minute drive, or 20 minute bike, to the popular Montavilla neighborhood. Tiny home is situated in the back yard of an existing house, ADU style, but comes with designated driveway, patio and entrance - backyard is shared. The tiny house apartment includes: Living Room features: o Couch with pull out twin mattress o 32'' LCD TV, basic channels o Storage shelves, coat hangers, library space o Bamboo floors o Digital code keyless entry for front door o Side door for additional access, air flow and light o High efficiency heater Kitchen features: o Microwave/convection oven combo o Gas four burner stove o 7.4 cf fridge and freezer o Full sized sink with garbage disposal and water purification o Foldable high top table and two chairs o Dish set, glasses, silverware o Coffee bar Bedroom/loft features: o Full sized bed, non-lofted with storage space below o Clothing storage and hanging space o Padded reading nook/loft/additional storage space o Vanity mirror o AC and heat Bathroom features: o Full size shower, o User-friendly, low maintenance, no smell compost toilet (Nature's Head brand https natureshead.net/tiny_homes/) o Sink o Storage and medicine cabinet o On-demand water heater (endless supply of hot water) Asking $795 per month, plus $50 for all utilities (garbage, electric, water, gas, internet, landscaping maintenance). First and last months rent required and a $500 refundable security deposit. Available starting October 1st with a month to month lease to start and the option of extending to longer terms. There is additional storage in the form of a locking shed and underneath the tiny home. Additionally, the tiny home uses a grey water/bioswale system, so not all soaps and detergents are permitted. Since the back yard is a shared space, we are looking for the best fit for the tiny home. Therefore, all terms are negotiable, within reason, for the right person. The backyard space is shared between tiny house occupant(s), a family of three and a friendly dog. No additional pets and no smokers please.
