1st floor near guest parking entrance for easy access to garage, trash, and walking area for your pets. We have been tenants since they opened their doors for business and well, it is first come first serve, so we certainly have the most conveniently located loft in the whole building, hands down.
You have the choice of Furnished or Unfurnished:
The furniture included is everything you see in the pictures plus we have nice glassware, bowls, plates, pots, pans, silverware, a keurig, a small toaster oven, wine glasses, a Brita Water Filter, it's all there.
The only things not included are the Sonos speakers and the Amazon FireTV.
There is only one bed and it is king sized with two nightstands and lamps.
This loft has been rented out by my parents for years, though they would seldom visit as their primary residence is in the Northern Neck. Needless to say, it is very clean and everything in the loft is practically new! Plus, they has a maid clean the apartment weekly for the duration of their tenure. The average age of folks in the building seem to be young working professionals, this makes for a nice and quiet environment. It also helps that the walls are heavily insulated and caked with heavy duty plaster, so no, you do not have to worry about ever hearing your neighbor.
Pets are ok, all you have to do is approve them with the Leasing team. Plus, this apartment is located right next to a grassy walking area that is perfect for pets.
If you are unfamiliar with Scott's Addition and I can't imagine anyone is, I can confidently say it is the perhaps one of the most convenient locations in the city. You are walking distance to several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacies and shopping.
The lease goes through March 1st 2019, no exceptions, if's and's or but's. You will have to apply through the Cookie Factory Loft, their application process is super easy, they will also run a credit check.
