You?re very close here to Inyokern Airport, Inyokern city and the larger city of Ridgecrest. I?m not a surveyor but I think the video does a pretty good job of helping you find your way around. The actual GPS coordinate is 35.732975, -117.868858. The address above listed as 8827 Neal Ranch Rd IS NOT the correct address, but it is the nearest assigned address and Google will not give a map showing anywhere close without an address, so the actual property is just north of that address.
The County land use is 400 meaning it is for residential use. Build a house here or whatever you had in mind. Maybe just park your Trailer and run your motocross on the weekends.
