Looking for someone to take over my lease. Either male or female works:
One bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house available from now to June 30, 2018, with the option to renew lease with the landlord after (move-in date is up to you).
$50-100 monthly utilities (split among roommates)
Real hardwood floors throughout, tile floors in bathrooms, kitchen, foyer, and high 13 ft ceilings. The living room and dining room are fully furnished. The kitchen is very well stocked with pans/plates/pots/etc, gas stove, double oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, toaster, a huge sink, and lots of cabinets. There is also a large private deck on top with great views. Washer and drier on the first floor. Central A/C system throughout the home.
You share a the full bath with Ronald. There is also a half bath next to you that you can use for yourself.
The home is right by The Bun Shop in Mt. Vernon in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors and surrounded by boutique shops, restaurants, and historic architecture. It is also walking distance from the Charm City Circulator, JHU Shuttle, and the light rail.
Pets: No dogs or cats, sorry.
Kelly - 27/female. Art student at MICA. She is fun, thoughtful, energetic, and 100 times cooler than I am.
Ronald - 24/male. Cornell grad working in government. He's a really good guy and very clean.
This house is amazing; the value for the rent is fantastic; Guy, the landlord is great; and I love Kelly and Ronald. I've never found anything better in Baltimore and I hate to give it up. However, I am moving to be closer to my job as I currently have to walk pretty far every day.
