Looking for a third roommate to rent 1 bedroom at $1250 per month. Preference given to graduate students or professionals. The room has plenty of space for one with a full closet and exposed brick. Bedroom comes fully furnished with full bed and dresser (only 2 years old).
The second bedroom is occupied by a young couple and 2 friendly cats. We are a M and F in our late 20's/early 30's who work as a software engineer and a full time veterinary student.
Living room and dining area are already fully furnished. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, and pans (we enjoy cooking so we have a lot of equipment which is open for use).
