Pre-approved, well-behaved pets will be considered with additional $500 pet damage deposit, $150 of which will be non-refundable. Tenant will be responsible for utilities, including gas/electric, water, and garbage service. Lawn, garden, and flower beds to be maintained by tenant. Positive credit and background checks and housing history, along with government-issued ID required for application. Fees for background and credit checks to be paid by applicant. Employment information will be verified. All prospective residents, excluding dependent minors, will be required to be on the lease, and all will be held to the same requirements for good credit scores, negative criminal background history, and positive employment history and rental references.
