Pre-approved, well-behaved pets will be considered with additional $500 pet damage deposit, $150 of which will be non-refundable. Tenant will be responsible for utilities, including gas/electric, water, and garbage service. Lawn, garden, and flower beds to be maintained by tenant. Positive credit and background checks and housing history, along with government-issued ID required for application. Fees for background and credit checks to be paid by applicant. Employment information will be verified.
