I apologize for the poor photos--I'm the owner and have no skills in staging or photography. This is a spacious 1br, with lots of closet space, in a doorman and elevator building. It is rear facing, and so quiet enough to sleep well. The doorman is on duty until 2am. None of your packages will get stolen! There's laundry in the building. The building is mostly full of long-time residents, and so there is an noticeable communal feel. There are two parks across the street, and two more behind those. It is located within 1-2 blocks from the B/D and 4 trains, and about a quarter mile from the 2 and 5 trains and from Metro North. It's a great option for people who want an easy commute to Manhattan but who don't want to pay Manhattan prices, or for those who want to experience life on the historical stretch of the Grand Concourse. I am looking for a May move-in, but open to moving it to June if it's a good fit.
