The place is on the second floor of a 4-unit building, features a high ceiling and large windows, and comes with a balcony, a great spot for enjoying an after-work drink or brunch on the weekend. It's stocked with all the usual amenities in the kitchen (including a dishwasher), and in-unit washer and dryer. There's no onsite parking, but street parking is easy to find. Sorry, no pets.
