The maximum occupancy is four people. It is furnished with the kitchen fully equipped and includes towels, bed linens, wifi internet, gas and hot and cold water. Electricity is set up but charged separately. All that is needed for move-in are personal belongings. Located in the heart of the Fenway - near to BU, Northeastern, the Colleges of the Fenway and the Longwood Medical Area - the apartment offers the best of city living. Bus 55 is around the corner and the Green Line is a short walk away. The neighborhood has a 7-Eleven and a large supermarket, in addition to many cafes and restaurants. There is a one-time Move-in Fee of $350 and rent is $3280 per 4 weeks for the summer.
