The 3rd bedroom Suite is on the other side of house with the office/game room attached with french doors and a view of the back yard, lake and pool/tiki area. The suite's bedroom has a full bed and TV, while the office/game room has desk, chair and monitor (updated since photos) a futon sofa with access to the Florida room and sunset views to the back yard. The suite has its own entrance to the back yard (through the office) so that you can come and go without entering the front door. About the Yard: Extremely private- Large solar heated pool with 10 ft depth and a hot tub with a view of sunsets. The lake view is serene with daily wildlife visible! Eleven palm trees are scattered across this lush yard; three coconut palms keep fresh coconuts in supply year round. Mango trees with unique varieties have fruit in the summertime, as well as guava, and lychee fruit!! The grill has charcoal and propane. Yes -you can see rockets launch from the Cape by standing in the middle of the yard and looking north. Great for families that have pets and/or kids. Safe neighborhood, close to publix, beaches and Indian River Drive restaurants.
