A discount in the rent of $50 per month (November - March inc) is offered in exchange for the provision of certain condo services such as snow removal (path around the house - salt and shovels would be provided)/cleaning.
An off road parking space next to the building is available to rent at an additional $100 per month. First month, last month are required. User is responsible for snow removal to the car parking spot.
