The renter is responsible for paying for water, gas, and electric utilities. Pets are not allowed. The renter is responsible for personal and property safety during the lease period. Any safety incidents that occur in the home during the lease period, including but not limited to the improper use of water, electricity, and gas, will be the responsibility of the renter. The owner will not be liable for any personal injuries to the renter or other residents. If the renter engages in illegal activities or fails to pay rent for more than 15 days, the owner reserves the right to terminate the lease immediately and reclaim the property without conditions.
