The unit is across the street from a 2-block long park which includes tennis courts, a playground, a ball field, and a rec center with a basketball court. It's a quiet neighborhood with pretty easy parking.

(underneath the apartment) via the rear door. The rear door opens onto an patio with a finished ceiling and recessed, dimmable down-lighting, a plumbed (no tanks), 4-burner, Weber gas grill, and a landscaped back yard with a gas fire pit.
The apartment gets a good amount of natural light (had to close the blinds to take photos), and maintains a fairly steady temperature; one tenant only ever used a portable heater, though heat is available via thermostat-controlled forced air.
