Amazing location with Space Needle, Key Arena, Kerry Park, great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores (Metropolitan Market, Safeway) and bus stops (D, 1, 2, 8, 13, 32) a few minutes away, walking. Facts: * Rent is $1510 (w/s/q included). * The unit has a spacious walk in closet (big enough for 2 bikes, a huge shelf and a bunch of boxes) * No pets allowed * Parking available for additional payment * The apartment complex also has a swimming pool and dry sauna * Application fee is $20 * Security deposit is $800
