We live in a quiet, residential neighborhood next to Rogers park, right up the hill from SPU. There is plenty of street parking here and quick access to Hwy-99. We are close to downtown and Seattle Center, and within easy reach of Interbay, Fremont, and Ballard.
The bus line (3, 4) to downtown is a block away at Rogers Park (which includes public tennis courts), route 13 to downtown is just down the street on 3rd Ave W. We are within walking distance to Queen Anne Ave N, restaurants, shops, cafes, local grocery stores and all that the commercial district has to offer.
Rental features: Separate private entrance with enclosed garden patio, shared deck with northern/ship canal view, the kitchen has a cute breakfast nook, updated tile flooring, a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and a full range stove with an oven and garbage disposal. The bathroom was updated with a frosted window and tile tub and shower. We also had flooring put in the living and sleeping areas of the unit. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
* NOTE: The unit is fully furnished and the tenant has the option to use the custom king size bed, nightstand plus nightstand lamp, two chests of drawers, standing floor lamp, and hide a bed/sofa, which would be convenient for overnight guests. You can bring your own furniture if you'd like and we'll put ours in storage.
Utilities: Utilities (gas/electric, water/sewer, garbage/recycling) are included in the price of the rent. You can opt into our High-Speed wireless Internet for free as a guest user or you can obtain your own Internet service.
Terms: Rent is $1,595 a month including the cost of the utilities, 12 month lease, after 12 months the lease becomes month to month with 30 days notice. Security deposit required is one month's rent.
