We are now considering renting the house for $1800/mo ($2000/mo furnished if tenant prefers). We are looking at building a detached garage but that may take place next spring/summer, in the meantime there is partially covered parking at the front of the house which has worked just fine for us for the last 5 yrs. Other updates and improvements will be taking place as well over time. Dogs will be allowed for a monthly fee, no cats sorry. Ground maintenance will be done by the renter. This is a great opportunity for a great house at a decent price outside of town but still close to everything you love about Helena!
Built around 2003, this spacious, almost 2900 sqft, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sits on approximately 4.5 wooded acres. Stunning views of surrounding mountain ranges, including Elkhorn peak right from your front windows. Top floor master, with 3 bedrooms in the walkout basement. Custom blue pine paneling downstairs. Wood stove ready. Large, bright kitchen with access to deck, and a large top floor laundry room with a large utility sink. Plentiful wildlife and minutes from Helena National Forest. This home is also located just minutes away from Montana's legendary hunting District 380 where some of the largest bull Elk can be found. Bugling is often heard in the fall. Nice home with beautiful views
Nice, large fire pit in the backyard for enjoying the surrounding beauty
This property is for sale/rent by owner, and is by appointment only.
