Hi! My roommate and I will be leaving our studio July 30th, and we are trying to help management find someone new to take over. This studio is spacious - my roommate and I shared it for one year. It is close to Union Square and Civic Center, and there are many restaurants around. There is a convenience store right across the street, and Trader Joe's is about 4 blocks away. The 38 bus goes to financial district and stops right outside of the apartment. Civic Center BART is about a 12 minute walk away and Powell BART is about 14 minutes away. Great location! The pictures are blurry because they are from a video, but I can send you the video for a better view of the place. In your email, feel free to let us know when you are free to view it. We look forward to hearing from you!
