Upstairs apartment available with separate stairway entrance and off-street parking for two cars. We live in the downstairs unit.
Reasonable walking/biking distance to UNH, and there is also a bus stop near the driveway. Great for a grad student who doesn't want to be right downtown but wants to be closer than Newmarket or Dover...however we are open to anyone who is interested!
There is a kitchen with electric range and two fridges (a butcher block island with stools has been added since the pictures were taken), and two other rooms with lots of storage areas. There are no laundry machines in the unit, but there is a laundromat in downtown Durham.
It's close to 108 but still manages to feel secluded in the trees. There is a little trail from our driveway that grants access to the quiet Sunnyside neighborhood, which then links to the Longmarsh trails.
No smokers, no pets. We do have a friendly dog, but this is part of the reason we don't want more animals in the house.
Tenant pays for their electricity and plowing ($30 per storm) but that's it. Heat, hot water, sewage, and wireless internet all included in the rent.
