There is an adu (tiny house) in the backyard which shares some of the yard space. We currently rent this unit out short-term, and it is booked relatively full time throughout the year. This unit has it's own, separate parking in the back yard via the alley.
Application and payments will be handled via Cozy. We're asking for applicants to provide proof of household income for 2016. We require that your average monthly income for the past 12 months be at least $6300. We require renters to carry rental insurance.
