If you are coming from the 490 exit on Mount Read Blvd. going north and turn left at second light onto Jay Street. Go 4 short blocks and turn right to 76 Dodge Street. If you are coming from the 390 exit on Lyell Rd and go east about 1 mile and turn right to 76 Dodge Street. To expedite your application process please bring with you your drivers license, social security card and current pay stub. Our welcome center is opened Monday thru Friday 9am to 7 pm. Weekends were opened from 11am to 3pm.
