I recently moved into this apartment a month ago. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease so that i can move back home to Ohio. This apartment is located at riverwood apartments. Its a 2nd floor apartment, meaning you would have someone living above, and below you and someone on the right side. Its located near the stair well and the elevator. The apartment overlooks the parking lot. Behind the building you have a nice view of the river, and a pool. There is a work out area in the leasing office. You are given one parking spot, additional cars can be parked in visitor spots or you can pay` $20 a month for a spot in the garage underneath. The kitchen is decent sized with a garbage disposal, and dishwasher, the dining room is nice sized. Living room is spacious with a big balcony and a small storage area on the balcony. The bathroom is also decent sized with a lot of storage. The rent is $999 plus 60% of water, sewer, and trash (runs about 50-80/month depending on usage. You're also responsible for electric ( i have not received a bill yet but when i set it up they said it runs about $30/month). The process of taking over my lease is you need to apply online or in the office. It is $30/person over the age of 18 or $40/couple. You MUST be approved by the office. I would like to find someone ASAP as this is the only thing I am waiting on to move back home. the deposit i put down of $300 stays with the apartment so you won't have to have one. I am wanting to move out by July 25th. I already paid julys rent. Therefore I'm offering who ever takes the lease over to pay part of August rent, and leaving my dark brown leather couch that is in really good shape, as i am really trying to avoid breaking my lease. Please only contact me if you are serious, and think you will be approved by the office. You can text or call me at 4196728508. Thank you!
