The unit is a safe, CLEAN rental close to Kaiser (10 min) and about 20 min from Kona Community Hospital. The location is in a SAFE, QUIET residential neighborhood and not in "Hamburger Hill or in some noisy condo off Ali'i. It is off upper Nani Kailua Drive.
We are renting month to month so no need to commit to a long term contract. We do prefer a 3 month minimum but it's not necessary. (Hawaii state law required tenants to provide a 28 day advance notice for moving out).
We are looking for quiet professionals working in Kona. Single occupancy preferred, couple considered.
Proof of income required. The unit is not suitable for more than 2 people, no exceptions.
No Drugs, No Smoking, No Pets (we have a pet on the property that loves people but not other animals).

The unit has a private entrance and encompasses the lower level of the house. You are not sharing walls with anyone. Please note there is not a lot of outdoor space attached to the unit, not even a patio. Only a walk way.
The unit is not suitable for any pets. We have a people-loving pet on the property already who is territorial and does not allow other pets.
There is a PRIVATE laundry room IN the unit with a washer and dryer and also safe storage for sports equipment and personal belonging. There is lots of storage space if you have sports equipment, no problem to store bikes, boards, boxes in safe storage.
The unit is spacious, quiet, has high-quality 100% cotton bedding, black out curtains, use of snorkels and fins, stove, microwave, queen bed, and lots of closet space. The kitchen has a coffee maker, stove and microwave oven. Also there is a vacuum and mop in the unit.
There is ONE parking spot IN the driveway.
