We have a fully renovated 2 bed, 1 bath house, with an office (or baby room?). You'll love the large living space, open floor plan, and roomy master bedroom with a private french door entrance. You'll be at home with your gorgeous views of Mt. Rainier from your large kitchen windows and adorable covered porch. You'll feel safe and connected to both Renton and Seattle from the family friendly Skyway neighborhood of South Seattle. And depending on your preference, the house can be rented furnished or not. Available April 1st!
We're conveniently located near Rainier Ave with lots of grocery stores, retail, and restaurants including Ikea, Walmart, Target, and Marshall's. We're up the street from downtown Renton and the new shopping center The Renton Landing that has theatres and nightlife. We're mins to I-5 and close to 405. It's about a 20 min drive to downtown Seattle. Also the light rail is close by! The neighbors are super nice and family oriented. And you'll have an awesome view of Mt. Rainier!
If interested please email a little about yourself and your family, and your preferred length of lease. We're very interested in finding renters that will care for and respect the house and it's new renovations. Looking forward to meeting you!
