I have 1 room to rent in my apt garden level in Denver,co. Literally right off hwy 36 and pecos st. I need someone to do a lease takeover for my current roommate. It costs $40.00 for the Background and application thru the apt complex. As of right now there is NO DEPOSIT required unless asked for by the apt depending on application results. It's in a quiet area with plenty of street parking for guests. You do get a sticker for your vehicle for residents. The room is 11X11 square feet. The apt has hard wood floors, apt is 950 sq feet ,has AC, a gym, 2 pools, a hot tub, bbq center at the main office. Your cost will be about $650.00 a month which includes utilities. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is clean, doesn't throw parties, who is respectful and doesn't mind my dogs. I'm looking for someone to move in when my roommate is out in June, but we can talk if you need to get you in here earlier. A little about me I'm a 29 year old female, I work in the evenings, I love the outdoors and sports.I am quiet and stay to myself. If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me. Thanks.if your interested I will send some pics of the bedroom etc
