The perfect corporate rental on a monthly basis!
A newly completely renovated historic and brick building is one of the city's true classic loft conversions. Built in 1886, the original building was a fabric warehouse/factory used by the Pacific Felt Company. The renovation, designed by Pfau-Long Architecture, was completed in 1998 and turned the industrial building into a contemporary live/work loft complex. A perfect blend of classic details and modern conveniences. The property contains 1 bedroom with a full bed in an open loft space, one full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. There is a large living and dinning area in the main floor with lots of natural light and nice views of the Potrero Hill and few Victorian buildings.
While you will likely spend your days enjoying the culinary delights of the city, for getting the day started with breakfast, or winding down with a cocktail, there is a kitchen fully equipped. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and large HDTV.(basic channels)

MISSION The Mission is perhaps the trendiest neighborhood of San Francisco, and Mission Concourse is located in perhaps the trendiest part of the Mission. A mix of hipsters, tech employees, and families who have lived in the area for a generation, this area gives you a friendly view to a true cross-section of the city. Within a block or two you will find super-hot bars like Trick Bar, great artisan restaurants like Salumeria, and legendary San Francisco eateries like Flour and Water.
Of course you are in the Mission so you will find a large selection of restaurants serving authentic Mexican, Ecuadorian, Guatemalan and other ethnic foods at low prices. We like Mis Antojitos on 22nd and Bryant, or even Dona Teresa which is two blocks down.
There is a convenience store one block away stocking foods, drinks (including beer, wine, and liquor), ice and other necessary items. Also within a blocks distance are numerous coffee shops, cafes, and other Mission area institutions. A few minutes farther away you can enjoy the bustling neighborhood around 16th and Mission, but you may not want to leave the area right around you. Also the Bryant corridor with all new trendy bar is just steps away from the unit.
There is no parking in the building. Street parking is restricted and not free during the day. It is free and unlimited at night. Easy street parking. There is a Bart station (subway) only a few blocks away so you don't need a car to move around. There are a few public parking garages nearby:
SF General Hospital Garage - 2500 24th St.
City-Owned Parking Garage - 2351 Mission St.
