This helps keep the house warmer/cooler. No smoking. Pets negotiable. Amenities: AC, on demand hot water in kitchen for tea etc, energy efficient wood burning fireplace. Covered parking off of alley that can fit two cars, oversized one car garage for storage but not suitable for parking in. Large backyard great for hosting. Tenant is responsible for maintenance for yard.
