Rent will be due on the 1st of each month. No gas on the property. It is all electric. Cats permitted (no dogs due to proximity to busy street & no unit fencing). Pet deposit is $250 & non-refundable. NO nicotine smoking inside (nicotine smoke damages walls & ceilings- smell gets into Sheetrock & will require repainting). Parking is reserved for this unit- 1 space is reserved per unit with additional 2 spaces available for guests on a first come, first served basis.
