I am looking to rent out one of my bedrooms in an awesome condo at the foot of the connector in James Island. If you are looking to live close to Downtown Charleston but can't afford it, then this is the area for you! I'm pretty laid back myself but I'd really like to keep my new place in great shape so I'd need a roommate that's clean and respectful. I have a sweet and lovable American Bulldog, so you MUST love dogs.
FREE parking in the complex so you don't need to worry about street parking. There is also a really nice pool and tennis courts which are free to be used as well. It's a really nice condo neighborhood in a great location. I'm a 30 year old guy that works downtown in Real Estate and want to share my condo with someone of similar lifestyle, I like to have fun but I don't party that much I just like to go have a few drinks with friends every once in a while. So someone who parties all day/ everyday isn't ideal. I really have no preference for a male or female roommate.
Your room is a nice sized private bedroom with a very large walk-in closet and there is a full bathroom (all to yourself!) across the hall from your bedroom. We would share the kitchen and living room. There is a washer and dryer in the apt as well for you to use. Beautiful deck off of the living room, which is great for lounging around. Rent is $700/month and we would split the utilties, just electric/gas and cable/internet. The bedroom is empty so you would need to bring your own bedroom furniture, the rest of the condo is already furnished.
