There is one shared bathroom. There is a small front and cozy back yard that can be used for entertainment. New appliances are located in the house. The house shares a wall with another unit, but it is a small wall and there is soundproofing between. Cats are allowed with the possibility of small dogs. Security deposit is one month's rent and utilities will be billed once per month. Lease term is 12 months. No smoking is allowed, with the exception of outside marijuana use.
