I work night shifts and so I will most likely be working opposite hours from you. Parking is street parking and is generally not too hard to find nearby. The private garage can be used for some storage. The room for rent is 13' (L) X 9' (W) and has a deep closet. There are two windows located in the room for maximum lighting. There is one shared bathroom. There is a small front and cozy back yard that can be used for entertainment. New appliances are located in the house. The house shares a wall with another unit, but it is a small wall and there is soundproofing between. Cats are allowed with the possibility of small dogs. Security deposit is one month's rent and utilities will be billed once per month. Lease term is 12 months. No smoking is allowed, with the exception of outside marijuana use. Off-street parking is located on Newport and Oneida Streets. Must be LGBTQ friendly and males and females are welcome to apply. Renters insurance is required.
