Great value for the size and amenities. Houses next door are close and tall, shutting out some light. Backyard is small and enclosed, and can be seen by immediate neighbors. The neighborhood is a little shoddy, but there's a few developed areas. As I crossed the street a driver of a bro truck actually sped up so he could menace me and blow his horn. The owner is wonderful and sweet.
