Description
Hi! I am planning to move closer to my college campus in December so I am looking for someone who can commit to sublease my room (through Aug. 31st) in this beautiful 3-bedroom, inner NE Portland (Boise area) home. You will need to apply through the leasing company with rental history, credit score, and proof of income. Your two roommates will be two twenty-something year old women, who are both full-time workers and use this place as a "sanctuary" type space. There is one large bathroom upstairs, and a half-bath downstairs, as well as a basement for storage, and a great living room and dining area. We are just a couple blocks from the 6 and 44 Bus lines and an Orange line Max station. Parking is on-street. There is one outdoor cat here that remains mainly in one of the roommate's rooms. Candidates with no pets are preferred. Let me know if you have any questions / when you would like to come check it out ASAP!
