There are 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms; currently furnished with two queen beds and one bedroom with two twins that can be put together to form a king, or it could be converted into a home office.
Amenities include: tropical gardens, fireplace, 4 flat panel TVs, cable, DVD, washer/dryer, and a large deck. Linens and towels are provided. Easy street parking.
OPTIONAL GUEST HOUSE:
There is an art loft guest house in back...It may also be available longer term or on an off and on basis for $3400 per month.
