I am looking for three individuals to move in to a spacious house in Greenfield for at least a year, starting on May 1st, 2018.
Individuals or couples accepted! Graduate students/young professionals preferred. Male/female. Bedrooms are unfurnished.
Rent is ~$430/room/month (with 4 rooms filled) and utilities typically run $60/person/month. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. The house is in a nice, safe neighborhood on a quiet street, has nothing but hardwood floors, and also gets a fair amount of sun. It's on a bus route that can get you downtown or to Oakland in 20-30 minutes. ~10 min to Southside and very close to 376. It's close to the Waterfront for all shopping needs as well.
The house has three full bathrooms, a large kitchen, 2 fridges, two living rooms (one in the spacious attic), four bedrooms, free washer & dryer, a large unfinished basement (great for storage), a dining room, and a mudroom. It's partially furnished and has wi-fi. During the week, life is fairly quiet. The house is surprisingly soundproof so even if one part of the house is loud at that time, it is easy to escape the distraction if you want to do schoolwork or read or whatever. I have no pets but am open to the idea if your pet is well-behaved. There is a small deposit for animals.
A little about me: I am a 30 year-old working full-time in the nonprofit sector. I'm easy to get along with and am also clean, respectful, and open-minded towards all individuals. My interests include environmentalism, social justice, and pop culture. I have lived in this house for almost 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed doing so.
