We also added a brand new washer/dryer which will be convenient for washing light loads. For larger loads there is a laundromat just across the street! OUR FUTURE TENANT: There are many people wanting to rent this unit but we are being picky because we would like this apartment to be taken good care of. Pets like cats and small dogs are ok but the apartment might be too small for large dogs. Because it is a 2nd floor unit with steps, we prefer tenants without young kids for obvious safety reasons. There are no gas appliances in the unit, everything has been converted to electric. Tenant will be responsible for electric bill. Landlord pays trash/water/sewer. RENTAL PRICE: Look at the comps in the area, unlike other apartments in the area we offer all new high quality everything, the quality we have is VERY nice for the area and price. Monthly rent is very competitively UNDER priced at $1,400/month. You certainly can find cheaper rent in the area but you will not find another freshly renovated, modern, beautiful, high quality 2 bedroom apartment with all brand new appliances for this price!
