Few neighbors and a breathtaking view of the city of Buffalo. Although we are not a working farm, per se, we do have chickens, a tractor and operate a bed and breakfast from the main farm house adjacent to the studio apartment. We name it the studio since it used to serve as a ceramic and painting studio when it was a barn, prior to the renovations. The property itself is comprised of a vast forest with trails, fields, beautiful gardens, a large barn built around 1845 that serves as a workshop. The main guest house and the Studio share a driveway, but there is private parking for residents of the studio. Buffalo is about a 25-minute drive away.
